That control is not in Hz because it doesn't set a frequency directly. It impedance scales the capacitors in the input network. Some networks have multiple break frequencies.
they probably changed something. Why is the AxeFXIII different then?
Why is the AxeFXIII different then?
Drive models are using an entirely new algorithm on the III now. Once the FM3 catches up they’ll align. For the FM3’s current firmware, things are correct.I can confirm, the Low Cut displays in Hz in the Axe-Fx III, FW 14.00.
that’s why I (indirectly) asked... Comparing between AFX3 and FM3. FW14.00 and FW1.06I can confirm, the Low Cut displays in Hz in the Axe-Fx III, FW 14.00.
Probably not. The drive block was updated on the III in FW13.00.are they equivalent?
Nope, these are simulated networks, so purely a software related option.FractalAudio said... “It impedance scales the capacitors in the input network.”... that sounds “hardware ish”. How would the FM3 catch up if it is hardware related? or are these virtual capacitors (DSP)?
