Bug? Looper Start/End Modifiers

There seems to be room for improvement with loop start/end modifiers when trying to set up a small movable playback region.

Assign a pedal's Ext Ctrl to loop start w/ min/max at 0/98, and to loop end w/ min/max at 2/100. (The pedal has to be at or near 0% to allow setting the endpoint start value to 2%.) Ideally this would allow shifting a fixed-length play zone (2% of total loop) around with the pedal. Instead of that, the zone size increases as pedal approaches 50%.

Trying to assign an LFO in the same way, another issue is encountered: the start maximum and end minimum will be limited by the current position of the other endpoint, which makes this tough to set up unless you stop the LFO.

The pedal example seems like it's probably the same thing as the LFO issue--the start point max & end point min vary based on the current position of the other point. If this could be avoided somehow, it would make this type of looper usage a lot easier to set up.
