Loading a global block bypasses the block [NOT A BUG]

Not sure of this is a bug or not. I recently started using more presets. It has gotten to the point where I felt like the best thing for me to do is use global blocks. Last night I saved and linked my first global block for Dly and Rev. I then went on to the other 16 presets and loaded the dly and rev global blocks. Once done I decided to go back and check to make sure I did not miss a block in a preset. I noticed when going back to check Dly and Rev was bypassed in every preset

When you load a global block, its engaged/bypass state is undefined/unclear. I always switch to another scene and then back again, to see its stored state, and adjust if necessary. It's not a bug.

It was strange to be bypassed in every patch since I pretty sure I had it engaged in some patches

When you change it to a global block, it doesn't inherit the previous stored on/off state.

I'm not sure. I haven't detected a specific behavior. I just re-select the current scene to see its state and adjust if necessary.
