List of real names for amps modeled for Axe FX II amps/cabs

It would be very helpful to have a list of what amps/cabs were used, for example, is USA Lead based on a Boogie? A Fender? Some names are obvious, other's are not. Same with the effects.

Is there a list of what each amp was modeled after so I can know what I am looking for? Also, does installing a firmware update erase my changes to presets?

Most of the effects aren't modeled after specific analog products. The drives, however, are. They're listed in the manual.
