Liquid Foot Jr. Expression Pedal Question

I have 2 separate rigs setup in Axe Fx (Clean and Distorted) and I want to use an expression pedal to fade from Clean (heal) to Distorted (toe). I know this could be a Light-Foot forum question, but I wanted to check here also and see if anyone has been able to do this here. I am new to both so please be patient...

You can use a mixer block to crossfade between the 2.

Attached it a pic of an example routing
Place a mixer block after the amps/cabs, route both signals to the mixer
Attach a modifier to the gain parameter of row 2, assign the external controller, set start/end to 0 and 100% respectively
Attach a modifier to the gain parameter of row 3, assign the external controller, set start/end to 100 and 0% respectively
You can tweak the mid to get the crossfades right.

But when one is fading out the other fades in.

There are a lot of other ways to toute it. This only one example.
