Link together two separate parameters to master volume

I was wondering is there a way to where I can hook up two or more parameters and then link them together to the master volume so as the volume increases The other parameters will move accordingly?

and how would you set this up in axe edit?

closest I can think off would be to link them to a expression pedal, or maybe scene controller.
