Wish Link a layout to a Preset

Linking one of the 9 layouts to a Preset directly by a PC would be a Gamechanger for me
Liquid Foot can do it,... RJM can do it, ...

Do you mean a midi PC?

You can do it with Layout Links but I suspect that's not what you're referring to...

There's no midi control for anything FC components, like Layouts, Views, Banks, etc...

PC would be even better. Im the new owner of a Melo Audio Midi Commander and that thing is pretty lacking in terms of programmability….

PC is for preset changes, which is what the wish is for.

You said scene changes and those change with CCs.

Scene changes can be mapped to PCs, as well as CCs. It would be nice if layouts could not only be attached to a preset, but also scene changes. I’m saying if you’re gonna go for it, go all the way. It would help those of us using cheap MIDI switchers to expand the overall functionality of any of the Fractal modelers in a major way.

If you're using PC Mapping then PCs would work exactly the same as the would for preset changes.

So you're wishing for exactly what the OP is wishing for...

The Layout Link would be tied to the PC.

The PC is used for preset changes, or with PC Mapping for scene changes.

Makes perfect sense, as the mapping of PC’s requires it to access the scene within the preset. As long as each instance of PC could have a layout link attached, this would work beautifully for my use case.
