Line 6 dt25 amp - reverb enable/disable with midi using FX8

I have a Line 6 DT25 amp, and using with a Fractal FX8 - 4 cable method.

I was interested in being able to use midi on the FX8 to enable/bypass the amp's reverb,
but I am not sure how to set this up?

the DT25 amp midi implementation chart reference table indicates:

reverb; bypass/enable - ch A midi CC: 36, ch B midi CC: 105, midi CC value: 0 - 63 bypassed/64-127 enabled

any information greatly appreciated. thanks

Yes. You can do this two ways. 1. Use a MIDI block assigned to a footswitch to send CC values or 1. Use scenes and scene mode on the foot switches to send MIDI CC values upon scene changes.

I believe what you've posted is correct. You should have all of the information you need to accomplish what you're trying to do.

Ok, that is good news.

I will hook up a midi cable going from 'Midi Out' on the FX8 to 'Midi In' on the DT5,
and experiment with settings.

thanks again for the information!
