Let's see those FM3 rigs!

those using temple audio boards, can you mount the fm3 to the temple board with the temple audio pedal plates?

You can but you'd need to put some sort of riser under the FM3 to take up the distance. and then attach the plates to that which would go to the board. There's a forum member on this thread that used Plexiglas glass cut to size and then attached the plates to that. Either that or just buy some longer screws to go into the end caps. That's what I'm gonna do. Just waiting for my screws to turn up.

I’m the one who used plexiglass. If you look at post # 454 and 460 in this thread, you’ll find the full explanation with pictures.

Sorry I couldn't remember your name Paul. Not sure why, considering it's my name as well lol Great idea by the way with the Plexi glass.

thanks! so you mean that I directly screw the fm3 to the board?
I just used zip ties. You don't have to worry about ventilation issues like you would if you're taking off the endcaps and mounting it flush and there's no chance of using the wrong length screw and hitting something in the FM3.

New ZenRigs Glo Rider for the EV-2. Much more stable than before and I added some accent lights. Win!

It's not quite that powerful that it can replicate the OMG9, unfortunately. I just have it set up to change scenes on each of the six buttons on tap. On hold of each button, I've got other functions programmed, for example, the "FX1" and "FX2" in the picture jump to a different bank that has common effects (delay, chorus, etc) that I might want to change on and off and that gives me a second set of 6 buttons I can quickly access. In each of those secondary banks, I have one button set up to "return" back to the previous bank on hold (another great new feature on the MC6 MKII that the MK1 didn't have).

Hey guys, I wanted to share my new pedalboard with the FM3. It's been a while since I planned this and now I'm really happy with the results, since I had been using a BOSS ME70 for 7 years, and thought I needed a serious update.

The three buttons on the FM3 gives me everything I need on the fly (tuner, effects and tap tempo ) , whilst the RJM MMLT allows me to navigate through presets/songs on page 1 and scenes on page 2. Six scenes per preset are enough, I reckon, and I use one of the loops to engage the JHS Bonsai which serves as a mid boost for hi gain amps. I tried to go as tidy as possible underneath it with power, sound and midi cables routing, but I think it doesn't look that bad considering this is the first pedalboard I've ever built.

I couldn't be happier with the sounds I'm getting but I still have to dig deeper to make the most out this board.

Hope you all are doing well and safe out there, hopefully jamming out loud with your FAS gear.

Cheers.

Here we go... Been using this same piece of plywood since the liquid foot days, I think... Lots of gaps filled in with JB weld haha.

All hard mounted to the plywood except for the Midi Baby, which i may hard mount in the future, we'll see how the velcro works out once i actually get out and play some gigs again. 2021 maybe lol

Power supply for the midi baby is a little 9V converter I found on digikey and built into the XLR connector that is plugged into the FASlink port. (stealing power rather than using another external supply)

Measures about 11 x 22" (I think, based on the amount of wood I removed from the old ax8 pedalboard)

Man you guys go crazy on your boards lol... My rig is simple and all I need to get the job done. 5 minute setup and 4 square feet of stage space. You all know I am a big proponent of the QSC K8.2. Looking at the size you can see why. And yes it will hang or destroy anything out there 3 times its size hehe....
