Left side of output 2 not working

Has anybody had an issue with only right side of output 2 working
I have checked I/O settings, (set to stereo) checked cables several times (all good cables) , checked effects loop parameters, meters show both sides are getting signal.Im using Beta 11 firmware. Am I Missing something

Any help would be apprecated

What are you plugging it into and have you checked that as well?

Thanks for the reply Yes plugging into Matrix GT1000fx both channels work
I think Ive narrowed it down to the Axe Fx so
starting to wonder if its a beta firmware issue?

I think I might have not explained my issue properly in my title
Its the left 1/4" output jack on output 2 I should have been more clear sorry.
