LED lighting for inside my rack

Just curious if anyone has used any kind of led lights to give their effects rack a little pop? I figured that led would be the way to go because of the heat factor. I have 1U open and so I have ordered a vented panel piece... but thought it would be cool looking to have some kind of light that could be placed inside the rack and be seen through the venting.

I did. Both front and back but it was especially for dark stages.
The front is ahead and the back contain 2 rows where the 2nd row is inside to let me see all the cables etc. clearly.
One of the best things you can cheaply do for comfort.
