I hope you like this cover.
This version is released by ZZ en de Maskers in 1963. Played by a Dutch guitarist Jan de Hont.
The original is written by the Cuban composer Ernesto Lecouna in 1912 when he was only 16 years old.
Jam heard this song on the Dutch radio in 1956 and fell in love inmediatly. No recordings where availble of this song so
he had to figure it out just by remembering this song.

I used a Bassman 65 in the preset with Ir's from Austin Buddy Black & Tweed

Speaking of Dutch, in the early days of BBC television they used to fill gaps between programmes or intervals as they called them with musical items, Wout Steenhuis was one of them, here he plays a Shadows song,

Thank you Marrafat. He was realy great.

And how about this live version where the guitar player's wah is after his distortion :)
Still a rippin' solo!

Wow the solo is realy good.
It is great to see a song written in 1912 by a 16 year old boy still alive in 2020 and has evolved in so many different styles.

Keep good music alive.

Greetings,

David
