Can Anyone help match the tone on the Song MISSION ? I've heard some other tones but it doesn't have the Chunk or that Springy tone .

If you haven't already, you can try searching the forum for "Gibson Lab Series L5", the amp Ty Tabor was using in those days. The built-in preamp in his guitar, from an 80s Strat Elite, is also important to his sound back then.

I went to listen to this song and realized that main riff is lifted from the Cult's Aphrodisiac Jacket which came out 2 years before Gretchen
