Wish Kay Fuzz Tone Drive Model

I would greatly appreciate having the Kay Fuzz added to the Axe III. The Axe can do some of this by adjusting the bit reduction and other parameters, but I've never been able to absolutely nail the special nuances and tone of this drive.

I have one or two of them and would be happy to lend it to Fractal if it will help create the model.

A Kay fuzz is a full wave rectifier. Just use the Octavia and tweak the EQ a bit.

Also if it’s a fuzz that has an octave up part of its tone, like the Super Fuzz, running parallel blocks with an Octavio and a more traditional fuzz will let you dial in the upper octave voice to taste.

Yes it would be simpler if there was an exact model, but I find I can get a very similar tone with parallel blocks
