Jump Around House of Pain - pitch

Hi, I searched for this but does anyone have a patch for this tune - specifically that signature pitch shifter intro note? Thanks in advance,

Intro is done with a record IIRC, not a guitar. It's about a whole step bend from a D to an E on the album. Easy enough to bend with your fingers. But if you want to do it with a block use a pitch block, advanced whammy mode, +2 steps:

Think the top of it is an F#? I am good, thank you so much! I added a touch of synth, used your pitch settings, some gain, some trem and it is very passible. Many thanks!
