Looks like an FC-12 on the ground too. Sounded really good. Love John Mayer. Couldn’t tell what kind of cabs he was using. Kind of looked like Friedman ASC-12’s but not sure.

I'm hoping that John's PRS J-MOD 100 amp and his Two Rock Signature Amp make it into the Axe FX 3 now.

That's when you know you made it. You have your own signature amp and a simulation of it in Axe FX. Lets make John Mayers dreams come true

The Axe FX III's body is a wonderland. We are now all waiting for the firmware to change. I give my Axe III lots of love on the weekend. Ok, I am done with my bad puns.

He was using 2x12 cabinets made by George Alessando, two different kinds if I recall. I don't recognize the logo, but it does look like George's cabinet. Maybe it's like a brand (Rocking J).

BTW, George does great things with Fender amps. He rewired my Deluxe Reverb Reissue and it sounds as good as my old Blackface amps now. The Normal channel is actually useful now, and reverb on both channels. Pretty awesome. End hijack...

John sounds pretty damn good there.

Yeah, I was thinking similarly; but he sounded great. Lots of spank, nice round (spring?) reverb. Nice mid clarity. Wondered about that PRS; haven’t seen one IRL.
