Jazz 120 issue on ax8

Hello there.
Im having problems with the jazz120 amp modeler. Can’t get any sound from it, whether its from a new preset or an imported one. Any clues?
 
Level in amp block?
All blocks connected?

show a screen shot of your preset with the Amp block selected.
 
Input Trim, Drive, and Master volume are all turned down with room to turn up. I’d put Input Trim back to 1.00, and turn the master volume all the way up, slowly as it should get louder. Then adjust Drive as needed. Use the Level on the far right to balance the overall level.

I would try one from scratch, select the jazz and a cab and see if that works, something could be connect to a parameter, some where
