If you haven't seen it, check out this video of James Hetfield talking about many things, but the transformational power of music is a big one. It's great to see the joy that comes over him while recalling how he started out and his acceptance of the gift and responsibility for his place in the world, as well as a spirit of giving back. Even if you're not a Metallica fan, it's inspiring.
