If you haven’t seen this flick, you owe it to yourself to seek it out (its now streaming on Hulu)...Inspiring and heartbreaking, this was co written and produced by Robert Trujillo, made by musicians for musicians....incredible family and musical footage, and every frame is filled with the confident theme that Jaco Pastorius was indeed the GOAT of bassists.......really well done.

One of the greatest triple bills I’ve ever seen live was around 1975(?) at Cobo hall in Detroit , Taj Mahal solo opened , followed by the first tour appearance of the classic Weather Report lineup with Jaco, and closed by the Lowell George- led Little Feat......they don’t do it like that anymore.
