Glad to see it actually. Thought it was a bit left-field myself, so I figured I'd put it out there.

I've got a soul patch myself... 12 years and counting. If I ever sported a moustache, my wife would either divorce me or have me whacked.

I had a beard for most of my life. I shaved when I started going grey. I started shaving my head and my mustache and beard when i I thought it looked silly to be bald with a beard. That was just me. I always preferred hair on my face. Why ever would that be alarming?
