My Ultra arrived about an hour ago. It's amazing. Shame I'm ill. Could only spend 15 mins with it.

Cool. Yeah, I'm sick too and with my body pains, my wrists and fingers start hurting after 10 - 15 mins of playing. Sucks!

So, you have the o/p 1 connected to the mixer and going into the Monitors? What brand monitors are those? Enjoy!

Yup. I could have bypassed the mixer but I need it for headphone use. The monitors are Alesis M1 Active 520. They are cheap but sound good to me.

Exactly what I'm after! how loud can they get without distorting and sounding muffled? Is it more for home use or can be it be used in a band setting?

I can't imagine they'd cope in a band setting. I've not cranked them, but they are definitely intended for a small home studio.

as of right now, its 2:30 pm im at work, i orded my ultra from indimusic here in aus, that was first thing monday morning....... still havent got it yet, but when i do i can see myself taking a sick day
