It sounds like my looper is ducking the recorded loop for the live playing

Weird. I was just messing with adding some looping to a preset, and found that after I had recorded some clean chord riffs into the looper, the live guitar coming through (with a drive engaged) sounded waaaay louder than the background, and I could barely hear the background riff. I don't think it was the actual volume difference between the drive/non-drive. If I stopped playing, that backing track seems to raise level. I swear it almost sounds like a 'ducker' is being used on the prerecorded passage. Is anyone else able to confirm?

Post preset. I don't understand what you're trying to show with the same screen shot posted twice.

there's no ducker. you should put the looper after the amp and cab, or even last, for jamming over it. looper first is best for adjusting settings.

Sorry - must have double clicked something when posting. I will try moving the looper downstream.
