Sorry for your loss. My fiancée and I lost a friend that way last year. She had just gotten clean and was doing well when we saw her last, just a couple days before she died at just 25 years old. It's a terrible tragedy.

Very emotive sound and playing. I can hear some Mark Knopfler in there.
 
For some reason I can't see/hear any recording in this post, but I wanted to at least send my condolences to you and your family. Very sad. :(
