Issues with USB re-amping / recording

Greetings,

As you can see in the picture attached, the I/Os required for reamping are inactive. Anyone know why?

Any help and comments appreciated. Thank you

...I figured it out. I had to press F4 and change them ;)
But now I have another issue. The DI track is too low volume, and when I reamp it I have to boost it +6db from my DAW to get the signal I usually get when I play with the FM3... Is there a way I can control the input gain of the USB3/4?

did you go into setup and adjust the USB playback levels?
No, it's on zero.
Tech support replied to me:

"this depends on used routing and gain staging and volume laws (also) from your DAW. Please follow the steps in the manual from site 24 following. If you record DI as Mono track in the DAW, using Input3/4 from FM3 USB and send this mono track with 0db setting to Output 3/4, it will hit the Input Block1. should result in equal loudness on the Input Block, if not, increase the Digital Out on the DAW to +3 or +6db. Also take notice on the settings for reamping, you`ll find in the FM3 manual. "

So basically, it's normal and I should just boost the signal from my DAW
