Issue running Logic Pro X and Fractal

I am having an issue where as soon as I open logic Pro X on my MacBook it puts all of my blocks in Axe FX into bypass mode. This continues to happen until I close out of logic completely.

Not really sure where to begin, I am updated on all of my software and current OSX as well.

What do you mean "Blocks in Logic"?
How do you have your cables connected?
Are you running MIDI cables or USB or what?

Sorry, I re read my post. I meant it puts all of my blocks in the axe fx into bypass.

I have usb from the Axe fx into my computer, but I am trying to record out of the XLR outputs into an interface.

you're somehow sending midi out to the axe via usb. check midi preferences and any midi tracks you might have. what interface are you running? Might be a driver issue. Check the i/o >over to midi page. make sure that USB MIDI MODE is off..it's down a ways in the menu.
