Issue: Pitch block no longer functions when saving block to library

I recreated all my custom & intelligent shift harmonies that I use on my FM9 to my VP4, but when I save these to my blocks library the block no longer does anything.

I've recreated this a dozen times to make sure this isn't a settings issue:

Intelligent Shift:
Harmony 1 - Set to 3
Level 1 - 100%
Mix - 50%
Key - C#/Db
Scale - Dorian


Works when I first set it up, then when I save it to my library it stops.

If there is something else going on please let me know. I've tried resetting the device, powering on and off, etc.
 
There's a refresh library option if you click the arrow above the block area in vp4 edit. Try that and see if they work then.

Also may be worth trying a complete RANF option under settings and click the refresh after new firmware option and then try again.
 
Well it works for me, in that I saved it to the Library and recalled it in another preset OK. As Rex says can you be more specific what is going wrong with yours. As Brockstar also said did you do a refresh?

There is no pitch effect. So in my example, there should be a 3rd above harmony. When I setup the block, it all works. Then, after I save it to the library, it no longer plays the 3rd above harmony.

Same with customer shifter - I have a custom harmony that after I save the block, it no longer plays the harmony.

I'll try the reset suggestions and worst case I'll snag a video.
 
I've tried the reset suggestions and that did not fix it. It seems to be more random than I thought. I have a video of me getting the harmony to work, then it cutting out middle of me playing and no longer functioning. Video is too large to post though of course.
 
We need to tag @Admin M@ and @FractalAudio in here to see if they can figure this one out!

I wonder if your blocks are getting saved somewhere else and reason why when it gets saved and you go back to it that it's not being pulled up?

Open VP4 edit then to settings then preference and workspace and make sure your folder is correct in the library section where all your blocks go too and where it gets read from!

The write path is the same path as where Edit reads, they’re not separate.
