I do not think so; but what is exactly the problem? You can download the banks within seconds (well about) and choose to use any or all stock presets you desire (and upload them to your Axe-Fx).

You can accomplish what you want to do, though it seems you'd have to download the entire bank first.

You can transfer a single preset from a bank file to your AxeFx, or even just load it into Axe-Edit. You can save to an individual patch file if you want.

Just download the entire bank, name it what you want. Then in Axe-Edit make this bank file the source. Just load up the patch you want. You can do a Save As to a patch file, or you can save it to your Axe.

so I have to ask.. did you mean "download" as in from Fractal's Web site, or as is send to Axe-Fx ?

The process is covered in my updated vide tutorial. You download the entire bank but you can then send single presets or the entire bank over to the axe fx. This shows you how:
