Is the USB port on AX8 powered?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if it would power an older Apogee One as a headphone amp? I obviously don't expect any communication, just power.

Does anyone know or can try? Or even just plug in your phone to see if it charges while the AX8 is powered on?

It's USB B it doesn't use the connector like on the back of a computer. This would be passive.

the AX8 has a USB B port, I can be wrong but I don't think USB b can give any power
