is it possible to switch amp and cab x to y by one switch...?

is there maybe a global setting where i could select that switching the amp x to y will also simultanously switch cabs x to y...?

No, you will have to use scenes to do that.

You could, however use an external switch for this by configuring both X/Y states to the same switch. The only problem is that external switches don't work as smoothly as you would expect - if you change presets in the Y state, you might have to "reset" the switch by pressing it - on the "reset" press, I don't think the X/Y state will actually change. At least this is my experience with external switches.
