Well there are a number of different ways. Personally I use IXL Analyzer, iZotope Ozone, Axe-Fx IR Converter 2.0 and... Fractal has something coming out with a feature to show IR frequency responses.
You can´t compare them with signal-voltage -IR´s. Those are constant power input (1w at 1m distance), I think.
power and voltage plot would look very different since an 8 ohm speakers impedance goes betwean 6,5-32 oms, or something.
But I think Albert IR converter can show an average-frequenzy plot.
didn't realize there were that many options - i'll look into it! as a guy who likes to learn things visually, I think that seeing the IR 'curve' and relating that curve to how it sounds would help immensely. also, it'd obviously help when blending IR's.
