IR can not import

I use Axe edit`s tool>Axe manage cab,but IR can not import to cab.

My axe edit and axe firmware are latest version.

I use Win 7


Would you tell me how can I solve it?

What's the IR you're trying to import? Maybe it's not in a format that works with the Axe-Fx II?

I bought this from Fractal ,its format are syx files,

I have check most factor,I wanna cry

But axe edit download file only one version.

I find the real reason.

Axe Edit can not start a command prompt with full administrator.

Used normal command could be work.
