Into the Fx Return of an Amp

I've done a similar thing with the EVH 5153 50w version with my Axe FX-ii and it too sounded bloody incredible!

So much diversity and punch - like you said, it's stupid good. Can totally relate.

I've mentioned it a couple times on the forum that people should give that a try before going out and throwing money at a dedicated power amp because the results could be astounding. There must be some kinda magic in some amps and their respective transformers because some amps have a great power section and others seem to sound a bit anemic..
