Input gate ??

is there difference in the input gate and the gate block. My house has started to develop a lot of noise. I've had the electrical checked out. And it's all good. they just constructed a tornado siren near my house. Seems to be when it started.
It drives me nuts. Lol.
Any help would be Appreciated
It always present in high gain presets
And doesn't matter what guitar is plugged into it. And when I unplug the guitar with the gate off it goes away. I'm using high end Gotham cables and high end guitars. Suhr Prs etc. just a ax8 into a asm12. Like I said it's always there but gets worse as the guitar is moved around the room. Especially when it's pointed at the siren tower

I feel your pain. Some problem in my neighborhood, but I don't think the root cause is a tornado siren. The Input Gate is pretty much the same as a gate block. For me the best solution has been to run a real drive pedal in the loop of a Boss Noise Suppressor pedal and put the Noise Suppressor into the loop of the AX8.
