I play with a singer named Haley Bonar and this is a live, in-studio session we did recently in St. Paul MN. I get to do some globetrotting with this crew very soon and am excited to bring my Fractal gear along.
I attached the preset which I use in a power amp/cab setup as I just prefer the vibe of a real amp with this group. Scene 1 is the main tone and scene 2 is the lead.
The complete rig for this session was Axe Fx 2 -- EHX Magnum 44 -- Silver Face Twin for speakers only. However, the bypassed cab block uses F137 2x12 Double Verb M160 which sounds great with it too if I want to go direct.
Nothing fancy about my preset, but I find routing the effects into the front of the amp (6G12 Concert) gives a cool, lo-fi/texture-y tone that I was aiming for.
