Independent block usage outside of scenes???? Global Block switching???

I use several guitars, all of which have different tones and I would like to toggle a filter block on/off when using certain ones. I simply need the block to apply to the WHOLE PRESET(s) (Always on until I turn it off and vice-versa even when switching presets) rather than having to individually set up and save each scene/preset EVERY time I need to use the block. Is this possible?

Can I just set my preset bank size to 14 and use the 15th as an IA switch outside of reveal mode?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
 
This is possible by assigning an External Control to the filter's bypass mode parameter. Choose any Ext Ctrl not already used by a pedal etc. and note its CC# at the I/O: CTRL page. On the MFC configure a general use (Axe-FX fucntion = NONE) IA toggle using that CC# with "global" parameter enabled.
