Increasing speed of A,B,C,D knobs (as modifiers)?

My expression pedals do not currently work (long story). So, for testing my stuff, I'm forced to use the A,B,C,D knobs. Try using them for a wah; you'll be turning all day to go from heel to toe.

Is there any way to speed them up?

i personally like how they don't jump around too much. i think they were designed to set things more precisely, rather than ramp through the entire range like a wah pedal.

For sure, but there's more than one way to use something. I wouldn't want to take away common usage, but being able to change it would be cool. I guess that it's not currently possible?

Yes, except that it's not really my expression pedals, it's the RS-422 transceiver on my Axe-Fx II board that keeps getting fried as a result of my custom pedalboard wiring (long story).
