That’s because you’re running a version of Dyna-Cabs that’s incorrect for the firmware you have loaded. Load the Dyna-Cabs that came with the firmware.

It never hurts to do a RANF, but that won’t fix the incorrect-Dyna-Cabs error.

What versions of firmware and Dyna-Cabs do you have loaded? There’s a mismatch between them.

I would:

• Verify the FW version loaded.
• Verify the DC version loaded.
• Check to make sure you are running the correct editor version (If not install it).
• Reboot.
• Do a "Refresh after new firmware" in the editor.

That’s just part of the release notes for FM9-Edit. What is the version number of the firmware that’s currently installed on your FM9?

Then clear away the error message and install the Dyna-Cabs that came with 10.00. That’s the only version that’s compatible with 10.00.

You haven't yet really confirmed whether or not you RANFed.

Refresh After New Firmware from the Settings menu in the editor. It won't affect the front panel message about incorrect DynaCab version.

What happens when you load the DynaCab file using Fractal Bot? Does it finish the transfer? Did you reboot after?
