In search of A Perfect Circle Effects Blocks

I am using my Axe FX in 4CM with a Friedman Naked, but really looking for effects blocks or chains that will match The Hollow, The Package, Judith, Pet, Counting Bodies.

He talks about detuning his delays, dos anyone knows if he is using the plex delay or adding a detune behind the delay block?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I thought in the rig rundown he said he modulates his delays, but i could be mis-remembering. I'd think the stereo delay would work just fine since it has built in modulation.
