In Case You Missed It

Tried it out, here's my few reactions.

  • I played through headphones and it does add a kind of liveliness, sort of like how early room reflections add liveliness for headphones.
  • I mute-bypassed the return block on and off, and don't really notice a gain enhancement... I know there's a low-pass filter, but I expected to hear a big difference at least in the low-end since 9% return block feedback would mean if Aol=10, Acl=100, pretty big jump. Dunno what's going on.
  • I hear a comb filter effect and a smearing of the pick attack. Is this representative of what happens with a lotta acoustic feedback? Surprising to me if it is, I want to test this out when I can play loud sometime. I wonder if the filter that simulates the absorption coefficient of the guitar should have a steeper slope.
