Importing more than one IR at a time

Just as the title reads... Is there a way to import multiple IR files into the AFX at once, rather than having to import them one by one into the memory banks? Im using a Macbook Pro, and I didn't know if I was missing something while importing the IR's into the AFX. Importing them one at a time, vs multiple select importing is VERY ANNOYING!

Thanks for the advice!!....

Use "Axe-Manage Cabs" in Axe-Edit (under the Tools menu, or use the keyboard shortcut: Command + Shift + M). Load the IRs you want into the browser on the left (Browser menu "Open Directory", then navigate to your folder of .syx files). Once the IRs are loaded in the browser on the left, click the first IR you want in that list, then hold down the shift key and click the last IR you want (like with all things in Mac OS you can hold down the Command key and click items in the selection to deselect them, or just use the command modifier if you want to select non contiguous items), drag and drop your selection to available slots on the right. Robert's your father's brother, multiple IRs transferred. Just click the "Save" button to write your changes to memory.

With the Axe-Manage Cabs tool you can also turn on the "Auto-Audtion" button, and quickly audition a bunch of the IRs in the browser on the left (simply by clicking the up and down arrow keys), if you like what you're hearing from an IR press the space bar to mark it with a star. Then you can chose to filter the list (under the Browser menu again) to your starred favorites... can make it a breeze to step through a ton of IRs in a cab pack, separate out the wheat from the chaff as far as your tastes go, and then get the aces loaded up to your axe quickly. It's a great tool.

(FWIW, if you have Auto-Audition on in Axe-Manage Cabs that could make your multi selection a bit wonky, make sure you've disabled it before trying a multiple selection in the browser window.)

Hope that helps.
