When I open (say) the cabs list to pick a cab, I usually want to go for one of my user cabs. This means that I click once to open the cab selection dialog, then ( once that's open) click on the user cabs button, then select the cab I'm after.
If ( instead) the state of the cab selection dialog was saved with each new selection, and reinstated each time I opened it, then it would save going back to the user cabs time and time again. This would be a welcome improvement in any dialog usually.
