Hi guys
I have a specific setup for listening to music on my computer and it sounds great.
AMPs : Neve RNHP / Hagerman Tuba
DAC : SMSL M500
Headphones : Focal Elex / Sennheiser HD800s / Audeze LCD-3 (on the way!)
This works great for listening to music!
But this setup doesn't let me hear myself play guitar with the FM3.
To do so I replace my DAC with my audio interface: Scarlett 8i6 3rd gen) : Computer & FM3 => Scarlett 8i6 => Headphone amp => Headphone
But I notice a considerable difference... I get better sound with the DAC in the chain.
So my question is how could I use my DAC/AMP along with the FM3 to get the best headphone audio possible.
Note : It's important to me to be able to "jam" with the computer, in my headphones.
Note 2: It's important to me to not have to plug - unplug - plug - unplug between two complete different setup.
Many thanks to anyone that has any suggestions!
