HOW TO? Pedal to narrow width

Maybe it's not so easy... maybe I'm just tired?

I have a stereo signal that I want to gradually change to a mono signal using my foot pedal on EXT2.

What's the simplest way to do this?

I sure wish that the VOLUME's PAN controls could be hooked up to modifiers.

Just balance on most. Maybe the Pan on the trem/pan block?
 
You might have to run to 2 volume blocks in parallel (setting pan of one for mono output) and assign the pedal to crossfade their levels.
