How to get an effect on only one side?

How to get any of these fx to ONLY be on one side of a stereo signal AND have the volume be the same between the fox side and dry side ?

for chorus, flange, phase, reverb
 
The easiest way is probably using a Mixer block and it's per-row balance controls.

Here for example, reverb is on the left, dry on the right. I used the reverb's level control to balance out the level between L and R.
