How to get a HUGE/WIDE tone?

I play mainly through my Blue Ella headphones which provide an excellent stereo sound for my purposes. I am after that tone where the guitar sounds really huge and wide. Would I be better served to use a stereo chorus, reverb or maybe the micro-pitch? Or a combination of all 3?

2 similar amps+cabs hard panned, enhancer block on classic mode, stereo reverb. That's the closest I've been able to get to actual double tracking with the Axe-FX III. This is really useful live when playing through IEMs or at home through headphones.

Try delaying one cab 24 milliseconds.
