How to copy only the X or Y settings of an amp block?

Using AX8 Edit, right click on the 'X/Y' next the the Amp icon, lower left and select "Copy (X or Y) to Clipboard". Go to the preset you want to copy to, right click 'X/Y' again and select "Paste Clipboard to (X or Y)".

EDIT: Presuming you're wanting to move the settings to another preset.
