How many reference tone cycles does your AxeFX do during IR captures?

I get 2 cycles of 'wooop's then all is finished.

I saw a video about capturing your own Cab IRs a while back and when it came to the capture part there seemed to be a lot more repetition of the reference tones being generated before the capture was finished.

The standard right now is 2 cycles, and has been for awhile. Can't remember exactly for sure, but there might have been more sweeps in past firmwares before Cliff settled on 2. I can't confirm the science behind it, but in my own testing using multiple sweeps has the same effect as an elongated one. There might have been phases where Cliff was still testing to see what combination of length and multiplicities of sweeps gave him best results
