Hi all,
Just a couple of questions I have. I been using the axe fx 2 now for a few weeks and loving some of the stock presets like Recto orange etc. I've set the axe fx 2 up so I can use it thru the fx loop on my mesa mark v turning off the power amp and cab sims and also plugging into my studio monitors on my mac and turning the the amp and cab sims on when I'm not using the mark v.
I've decided to have 2 lots of presets, One lot for use with my mark v and the other to use with my mac. I would also like the opportunity to use some of the amp models and pedal models thru the front amp of the mark v as I'm hooked up via the 4CM. If I wanted to do this where is the best place to put the fx loop block on the grid? I know it sort of defeats the object of having an amp but its nice to hear the difference between the real thing and the axe fx and seeing the look on some of my fellow guitarists face when you tell them its not the amp making that sound but the axe fx 2 lol.
The only other question I had was do any of you guys have a similar setup? And how do you guys arrange your presets and patches?
Thanks guys
Paul
