How do I Send MIDI from AX8 Scene Change?

Using AX8-Edit, how can I configure a Scene Change on AX8 to trigger a MIDI signal? How can I test this on my Macbook Pro, connected to the AX8?

In Ax8 when you are viewing your patch, there are 4 buttons along the middle of the screen. Click on the MIDI button and you will be able to choose the program change number and midi channel for each scene. Just make these changes and save your patch as normal.

Each scene can send one Program Change command (PC#) on any midi channel.

Thanks I got it set up just send midi program change data. Does anyone know how I can test this on my MacBook Pro is to capture sent MIDI on my MacBook Pro?

The MIDI PC messages aren't sent via the USB port, oddly. They are only sent via the MIDI Out port, which means you'd need to use some other means to get the MIDI Out stream into your MacBook. Usually the cheapest/easiest way is a MIDI-USB adapter.
