Reach out over IG and ask about his signal chain! He seems to have a small to moderate following so there's some chance he'll see it and reply.
Otherwise my recommendation would be to play around with different output EQs on a foundation with plenty of clean headroom. Here are a few things worth trying:
1) Start with a model like Shiver, Archean, or SLO 100 clean.
2) Add a CC Boost in the amp block set between 4-6 dB.
3) Start with 3 dB changes in the Mark 5-band output EQ: boost 80, cut 240, boost 6k. You may find parametric EQ is better for sweeping the mids and adjustable Q.
4) Change the power tubes to 6CA7 or 6550, whichever feels better.
5) In the cab block, you can find an IR you like or use the Totally Flat if that feels punchier. Set up the cab block preamp: Transformer or FET I in hq mode, drive 6, saturation 0.5.
6) Set up a Studio FB 1 compressor after the cab block: match the threshold to amp block output level, ratio 2.7, attack 0.4ms, release 140ms (you can also use auto if that feels better), medium knee.
